NOSE TO TAIL

Since we also live our concept. It often happens that we also process whole animals from head to toe with offal. This can be a fallow deer from the in-house production, from the farm of my brother, or even a lamb at Easter.

We also process a lot of mushrooms and wild herbs from the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg area.

More detailed information can be requested and will also be communicated regularly via newsletter.

KITCHENTABLES

Another highlight are our two kitchentables from which you get an exclusive insight into our open kitchen. These offer space for up to 7 people each and can be reserved by phone.

Liebe Gäste und Freunde des Esszimmers,
 
in der ruhigeren Zeit bis Ostern, sind wir 4 Tage pro Woche für Sie da. Bis zum 30. März kochen wir von Mittwoch bis Samstag ab 18:00
Ab Dienstag den 31. März haben wir wieder -wie bisher- 5 Tage pro Woche geöffnet.

during the quieter period until Easter, we are open four days a week. Until 30 March, we will be serving dinner from Wednesday to Saturday from 6:00 pm.
