Since October 2016, my wife and I, Roxana and Maximilian Kühbeck, have been running our small restaurant in Berchtesgaden’s Nonntal as a family. We have made it our mission to bring regional & traditional products that everyone knows, new on the plate. Our suppliers were deliberately selected by us, because they, like us, always make sure to deliver quality.
REGIONAL & BIO
These are the three pillars of our creation. The most important thing for us is the highest quality and optimal taste of the food we use. In addition, we take great care to source these mainly regionally from small producers from organic and sustainable agriculture. However, since taste and quality are paramount, we are not 100 percent certified organic. Regional is the true organic!
At the age of 26, after several well-known stations in Salzburg, I realized a dream with my wife in October 2016 and opened our small restaurant.
