Of course, our menu is always kept up to date at this point. However, since we uncompromisingly purchase only products from the suppliers we trust and always work in accordance with the seasons and regional availability, it may well happen that one or the other dish has already been rewritten when you visit us. The quality of the food is more important to us than the unlimited availability!
